The room can come furnished and includes a bed-frame, night stand matching lamps and an eco dot with connected mood lighting, dresser, new queen mattress and new pillows, there is also a large closet. Sheets, towels and other basic reusable items like dishes are included . The laundry room is attached to the bedroom and features new high efficiency washer and dryer. There is also a cold plunge tank, and a 2 person sauna(not infrared) also in the laundry room(its a big laundry room). The house is centrally heated. Please see pictures of the main house(shared area) to see the setup. There is a small backyard that does get ample sun if you enjoy sunbathing. The neighborhood is quiet, especially when it counts(at night) and is located near a freeway entrance for quick commuting.

Utilities are not included and range from about $150-250 with the lower amount being summer rates and the higher amount in winter.

I think this room would work best for temporary business people that don’t want to spend a fortune on hotel stays, commuters or someone that is interested in living in the area but would like to try it before committing too long lease.

Rent must be paid in advance monthly with a Deposit equal to one month rent.

The other house mate is a 34 year old male that is soft spoken and polite. He keeps all common areas very clear and mostly eats out so the fridge always has an abundance of space. He has yet to have a guest come over. He also works 40-50+ hours per week often 10:00am -7:00 pm and goes to the gym regularly after work. I have found that our schedules rarely overlap and I often only see him briefly late at night or not at all. Does not smoke.
