Howdy! I am looking to for someone to join my lease at my 2 bed/1.5 bath Foxhall townhouse. Perfect for Georgetown students (15 min walk from the medical school campus)! Over 1300 square feet with tons of natural light and storage. The second bedroom in the link below is the one with two windows and two closets. The two bedrooms share the one full bath. There is a cute patio out back with a grill that I would love help designing. There are two free parking spots behind the house and, speaking as someone who doesn’t drive, Foxhall is a neighborhood that is easier to navigate with a car.

Lil bout me: 30 yr. old gal originally from Kentucky who works from home in financial services. I have an ultra-friendly 9lb Havanese named Merlin (pics attached) who will be thrilled to have another lap to sit in. Sadly, we cannot have any more furry friends join us. Home is sanctuary so I like to protect my peace, but welcome having folks over for dinner parties, movie nights, etc. I prefer a housemate who works outside the home/ has a hybrid sched. I moved down from NYC last year and am still building my community in DC. Would love to find a roomie in a similar stage of life!
