This is a very large lot house in the heart of Royal Palm/Wellington. It is a 3/2, one room is already rented for 6 months now by this lovely lady, we are looking for one roommate as my husband and I never have sleep over guests. The roommate that is there is very personal and does not like to share her stuff and likes to keep her bathroom clean at all times. There are 3 major things that could make or break the deal:
- Pay on time✅️
- Cleaning cleaningness✅️
I keep ethnic religious events right now is it one day a month at night, so lots of noise.
About the roomies
