I have a great bedroom with large walk in closet. Large fenced in backyard, in house laundry room, full unfinished basement. Garage with long driveway. 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom upstairs, there’s a toilet in the basement. The available room has a nice walk-in closet. Shared bathroom is the only bummer. Price includes sparkling clean ladies who come every other week, as well as snow removal and internet. I take care of the lawn so that’s basically covered also. The only additional would be WE energies (current budget billing is $224 per month but I just insulated the attic so hopefully this drops after the winter months), and water ($83 per3 months) and sewer ($140ish per 3 months). So depending how that varies, you would be looking at an additional $150ish per month. Have I mentioned beautiful views of Lake Michigan! Quick easy drive to all of the events and happenings at the Kenosha harbor and petrifying springs!

I live alone. My kids and grandkids come over periodically and I work fully remote so I’m home often. I’m easy going but like a clean and organized house ands don’t want any issue with that so my sparkling clean ladies come in every 2 weeks and that is included in the monthly rent. Full yard for your use and potential garage parking but you’ll at least have a driveway parking space. I have 2 small dogs. A Pekingese poodle mix, he is 14 years old, partially blind, and death and incontinence so he stays wrapped. Then I have a Maltese Shih Tzu mix, she is nine years old. They do not shed and are friendly.
