Nije's room

Furnished or unfurnished. Roughly 10 mins away from everything in Frederick. Quiet neighborhood. The bathroom is shared but not really, it will mainly be utilized by the person renting the room. I believe in energies so I prefer to have positive people enter my home.

I work from home most days but I run my own business which keeps me on the move. My boyfriend and I tend to keep to ourselves but every now and then we entertain friends in the common space. No smoking, no dogs (I’m allergic). We are not loud people because we live in a townhouse and respect our neighbors. Though on Saturday mornings around 10am I do play music while cooking breakfast and cleaning.
