Magen's room

Hi! I have a 500 square-foot finished basement that I’m looking to rent out. There is a small bedroom down there, a full bathroom and a living area along with a sliding glass door to the backyard. The house is on the north side of town, right off Williams Road. It has a huge front and back yard, huge screened in porch. The room could be rented either furnished or unfurnished.

I am a 33 year old female with one indoor cat. I work and travel, so I am very rarely home, but when I am home, you can find me sitting on the porch or doing yardwork. I’m pretty laid-back. I mainly come and go as long as you are nice to Dilly my cat we will get along great!
