Renting out a private room with a walk-in closet, it’s own entrance and garage. It’s a big and spacious room with double doors on it’s own floor. It is a 3 story condo across the street from the river on the golf course. You get the 1st floor to yourself, 2nd floor has the kitchen and living room, 3rd floor is where the two other roommates would be so everyone has plenty of room and privacy. Walking distance from Winco, Anthony’s, Lulu’s, Howard Amon Park and trails for bike rides, jogs or to walk your dog.

Rent is $950 + Utilities, $300 non-refundable deposit, $50 background check fee

We are two females in our late 20’s with 2 dogs and 1 cat. We keep to ourselves, are quiet and laid back.
