This apartment complex is relatively small, with only 2 floors and 8 total units. Neighbors are quiet and the building is secured via physical lock/key. Recently refurbished, the kitchen has all modern stainless steel appliances and includes a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with built in shelves. Extra storage is in the form of a pantry, linen closet, and coat closet. Laundry is pay-by-mobile in the basement, which also has a locked storage space for each unit. There is on-site parking in the form of two lots which are paid with a one time fee and free street parking to choose from if you have a vehicle.

I’m a PhD student transfer from Ohio State who moved with my PI to UW-Madison. I have two wonderful cats that love people and are good with other cats. Iggy and Shō are 6 and 4, respectively, and are very sweet boys to live with. We love being clean and tidy and we have fun hanging out with roommates or just chilling. Graduate stipends don’t pay a whole lot, so I’m just looking for someone to move into the second bedroom and split rent/utilities with. Feel free to reach out and we can chat! :)
