The apartment is 2 stories 4 bedrooms. You will have your own master bathroom.

5 minutes from the Venice pier. Gated building with private parking.

Currently 2 guys, 1 girl in our late 20s.

We are young professionals with active lifestyles. We have a very respectful environment and keep common spaces clean. We all are hard working and are gone most of the day. I work in nightlife so I’m gone most nights and evenings. We are looking for a chill and social professional or student with positive energy!
