I mean elderly lady with a spare bedroom for rent. I do have a caregiver that comes in 7 days a week to care for me. So there’s no responsibility on the roommate. I do smoke at my back door. I have a toy yorkie named moochie who is a sweetheart and keeps to himself. I don’t ask much just to be respectful.
