Jamairah's room

Hello, my name is Jamairah and I’m looking for someone for someone to sublet my roommate’s room ASAP. We live in Northern Liberties in a two-bedroom two two-bathroom apartment. It’s bi-level. You have the bottom floor I have the top.

Washer and dryer included. There’s also a dishwasher. We also have a backyard area to ourselves with two chairs and a small table.

Your room is unfurnished except for a desk. Everything else is provided like the TV in the living room, sofa, pots and pans, utensils, espresso machine, etc.

I’m 25 years old and am very clean. I have a dog and her name is Taffy, she’s a mutt. She weighs 45 pounds, is trained and only uses the bathroom outside. She is incredibly friendly, and sweet.

I’m very outgoing and like to travel. I love to cook and try new recipes. I respect just having a cordial relationship with my roommate but am very open to becoming friends if it leads there.

I also love going out and having fun. I’ve been really into playing pool lately. I’m 420-friendly and LGBT+ friendly.
