The bedroom is large and measures 20x12.5. The living room area measures 10.5x16. Refrigerator, microwave, and two burner electric stove included.

Utilities are included with rent- electric, gas, internet, and water.

Community features: 10-minute walk to a local park with tennis courts, a playground, a basketball court, and a running track. Walking distance to the Habit, Esplanade stores/restaurants, and a 5-minute drive to the Collection (Target, REI, WholeFoods 24 Hour Fitness, Bars & Restaurants) Easy access to the 101 freeway/ Short driving distance to Ventura City College, Oxnard College, CSUCI, and Port Hueneme Naval Base.
