About the room: 1 bedroom available for sublease starting JANUARY 1st. The common areas of the house are furnished, but the room up for sublease is not, so you will need to provide your own bedroom furniture. Room includes 2 windows, a ceiling fan, & a small closet.

About the house: Cozy little 4 bed/1 bath house w/ washer & dryer, dishwasher, and hardwood floors throughout. This is about 2 miles away from the heart of NoDa. Less than a 4 minute drive from a new light-rail station with a free parking deck. Easy access to highways, I-85 & I-277. About a 10 min drive from Uptown & a 15 min drive from University.

Roommates: Two 20-something year old women looking for a “chill” 3rd roommate. One of works an 8-5 office job, & the other works a varied schedule as a home health aide. We are both very clean & clutter free & expect our new roommate to contribute to keeping the common areas clean. We also have a friendly dog.

Costs: Deposit: $400 Rent: $400/mo Utilities: $100-$150/mo o Utilities include electricity, water, gas, lawn, internet, & pest control (we don’t have cable but we do have Hulu & Netflix on the living room tv, free of charge)

Requirements: Preferably a female in her 20’s or 30’s Must make 3x the monthly rent (at least $1,200/mo) Must have 3 paystubs showing you make this amount If you are a student, other arrangements for proof of income can be made Only 1 applicant please (no couples sharing the room as there is only 1 shared bathroom) Considerate of noise levels after 11pm on week nights, 2am on weekends No cigarette smoking allowed indoors; outside only! No addition pets
