Worth Street

Spacious, historical house located on the edge of downtown Durham. The room is 14X14 and includes its own bathroom. The room has 2 large widows and a closet. The house has an open layout living room and kitchen. Upstairs is a large bonus room where I currently have a desk set up and there is more than enough room for another. The backyard is a good size without being overly large. The location is a few minutes walking from Hi-Wire Brewery and Cugino Forno, Cafe 1951, and Two Roosters Ice-cream. About an 8 minute walk is Ponysaurus Brewing Company, Mescalito, Lonerider Distillery, and Krill. A couple more minutes is The Fruit, Bull City Ciderworks, and The Wine Feed. Downtown proper is a quick 20 minute walk or a few minutes on a bike.

The home is smoke and pet free. It is occupied by my adult son and I. He lives here part time, as he splits his time living on campus at UNC Chapel Hill. He is quiet and introverted. I am a 44 year old professional. I enjoy traveling, backpacking, powerlifting, and live music. I am easy going and value cleanliness and trustworthiness.
