If you are looking for a safe, clean and affordable home then contact me. Ideally my roommates will respect each other’s boundaries and be kind to each other, as we are sharing. You will share a kitchen, bathroom and dining area, there is a cleaning rota, however you will clean after every use in readiness for your roommate, there is NO maid service. Your portion for utilities - gas is fixed $50 pcm, cable and internet is fixed your portion is $60 pcm, the electric bill is not fixed and varies depending on use your portion $60.
