Hello I am currently renting out 1 Bedroom in my Apartment. The room is Available now and is located in East Bakersfield off of Oswell, just 0.7 miles from Mall View shopping center. Also just 2 miles from Bakersfield College. The room is Semi Furnished with a bed, a Roku Tv that comes with YouTube TV, a nightstand, a lamp and closet. This is a hard-working humble household and I’m looking to rent to a responsible Student or Working Professional like myself, around my age preferred. I am 30 years old and I also have 2 young children that visit me from time to time. I pretty much keep to myself, I am quiet, I don’t party or do drugs. The household is quiet and it feels like a breath of fresh air when u walk inside. You have a perfect view of the city from outside your room. This room is for one person only! No guests or over nights guests allowed. I do have a cat but no other pets are allowed. If you are interested I would be more then happy to show you the bedroom.
