Mike's room

This is an apartment on the second story in a duplex. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and has a huge backyard. The place has some updated features especially in the kitchen if you like to cook.

Hey! My name is Mike and the other roommate is Jacob. He’s 29, I’m 34. We’re looking for someone relatively close to our age. We are looking for someone (male or female) who is clean, responsible, can pay bills/rent on time and is pretty chill. We are both easy going and keep to ourselves mostly at home but we both value a peaceful living arrangement.We find it important to work with each other to create a positive and stress free living condition. We also value keeping things clean we aren’t neat freaks but we can’t deal with someone who doesn’t clean up/pick up after themselves.

Because of our work schedule weeknights are usually quiet because we have to be up early. Guests coming over/staying over are cool but no parties. This isn’t a party house. And there is a large backyard with a grill and firepit. BBQs and use of the yard for parties is cool when the weather is nice out.

This is a 3br/2bath apartment located on the second floor of a house with easy going tenants downstairs.

You will have your own room, share the kitchen and bathroom.

You will have parking in the back parking lot.

No washer/dryer on site.
