Aubrey's room

I am looking for a roomie the room is available now in colorado springs :)) I have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom place and 2 kitties and the landlord isn’t gonna allow anymore pets so unfortunately you can’t have any :(( but this is the place there is plenty of storage and a whole storage room under the unit. The room is small only a twin bed can really fit but my last roommate is leaving hers for the next person so it’s free to use if needed! Because the room is so small it’s only 550 for rent but with split utilities so it usually comes out to around 630 all together but it depends on the month.
