Michael's room

Property is located in the Heart of Downtown Costa Mesa, walking distance from Triangle Square. This cared for community comes with a gated pool and outdoor lawn area. We haven’t had any issues with the community. 5-10 mins from tons of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. 10 mins from Newport Beach. 15 mins from Huntington Beach.

Bedroom: Single bedroom with own Bath. Located on first floor of the house. Lots of shelf / closet space. Goes for $1100/ month: w/ Utilities: $1200-$1250/ month.

House is really well-kept and tend to keep it that way. We have a great relationship with the Landlord so haven’t been any issues.

Communal Areas: Kitchen, Living Room, Out-Door Patio, Garage, + Washer and Dryer.

Unfortunately no pet allowed.

Roommates: Two tenants currently reside (Me) and Karla. Both are working professionals, I work in real estate, Karla works in entertainment. We live our own lives; however, established a great friendship with each other. We have active lifestyles, Karla travels, I usually am up early and come back late in the evenings. We clean up after ourselves and expect the same from the new roommate.
