Hello all! Looking for a new roommate to move in starting December or January. Condo is approx. 1015sf, 2 bed 2 bath in downtown directly behind right field of Petco Park at Park Terrace. Hoping to find a clean and fun young professional to fill the bedroom shown in the photos. Condo is fully furnished, in unit washer/dryer, heating and AC, and parking in the second level garage. Rent for the master bedroom is $2300, rent for the regular bedroom is $2000. I am currently in the regular bedroom but will move to the master if you prefer the lesser rent. Owner willing to negotiate on rent if it is a bit out of price range.
