Rivington Street

Hello! I have a private bedroom available in my 2bedroom LES/Bowery apartment with central access to basically everything! It’s a really cool neighborhood, 1 stop to Williamsburg, 5 minute walk to the B,D, F, M, J and 6 lines and the SBS bus lines uptown! 2 Blocks away from Orchard street and a few minutes more to East Village! I have lived in this apartment for about 2 years and I love it! I have a cat, so you gotta like cats. I’m laid back and often out due to work and being busy and mostly stay in my room when home but also down to grab a drink or whatever! Living room has a TV now (not pictured) that you can use whenever if you want to. You will have your own room with awesome exposed brick! The room does not come furnished, FYI. My current roommate is moving out November 31st, so it will be available Dec. 1st, 2023. Happy to show the room digitally or in person!

I am a nonprofit professional who is at work or out a lot. I love my cat, she is very friendly. I like to hang out in East Village or Williamsburg on the weekends.
