Roommate wanted! I am looking for someone to rent out one of the rooms (furnished) in my home in Redmond for $750 + Utilities. I am looking for a temporary roommate to move in potentially in mid December or January 2024. It is a new-ish (2016) built home with AC & Gas heating. I have backyard and garage space along with 2 fridges. You will have your own bathroom as well! I was hoping to find someone who is interested to move in for a 3-6 month lease with a $500 deposit. Right now it is just me and my Chocolate Lab Hersh. I am a 26 year old Electrical Engineer who moved from Phoenix to get closer to nature.
