The room is a private room I’ve used as the guest room. Fully furnished, large closet, and standup dresser. Next door is the shared bathroom to be kept clean by the renter at all times. Large Home, Deck and yard limited kitchen use and No Laundry. Must be taken to the Laundromat. Close to Princeton/NY bus Line , Parks for mild Hiking close to route 1 corridor on Pharma Row.

I am a mature Female. Work at Home as a HR professional. I have my son living with me . I will be at the house at all times except when I take my vacation breaks. Need someone steady employment working outside the house, no WFH , honest and trustworthy. willing to share house chores, recycle, garbage etc..
