Decent sized non furnished room ( shown furnished without an actual bed. This is currently my hangout room ) I can move everything out or we can negotiate rent for use of some things. Room has large window facing street with mountain view, small closet. La quinta cove, older home but cute on inside & nice back yard. Access to kitchen, W/D in garage. Small 4 bdr house has 2 bathrooms, 1 in my room & 1 currently shared by my teenage kids that are here half the time. They could use my bathroom if you prefer your own. Street parking. Electric is $125 extra ( fixed rate ) Water & internet included.

I am 46 ( young) with a 19 yr old college student & 15 yr old high school student who live with me in their separate rooms half the time. I am a smoker who ONLY smokes outside. We are all very quiet, clean & respectful. Not a party house. I work full time retail & like the quiet refuge of my house after work. Love watching movies, hiking, cooking, reading & meditation. My schedule changes, days, nights weekends. Looking for a nice female roommate to share cost of living, it’s tough out there! Please no overnight guests when my kids are here. I also have two adult cats so sorry no pets, I love other animals but they don’t haha.
