About the room
Private fully furnished room available in 3 bd 1.5 bath house. The bedroom has a queen bed, desks, a dresser, and closet. The bedroom is spacious and the bathrooms are updated. The home is 1700 sq ft and the bedroom is 12ft by 12ft.
If you have your own furniture you are welcome to use your own and we will remove the existing pieces.
Preferred lease period Minimum 1 year, willing to negotiate within reason. Looking for a tidy and clean working professional in their 20’s and 30’s.
