About the room
Property is fully furnished aside from the room itself. Large back yard and a spot in the driveway/ garage. We currently have 3 of the 4 rooms occupied and are looking for a good 4th roommate. Utilities included in the monthly amount. There is a dog already at the house that is not pet friendly but good with most humans.
About the roomies
Roommates are all friends from college and are very friendly! We like to hang out as often as we can and get along very well.
