Recently renovated, 2 minutes from the finely center, the house sits in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It is a 4 bedroom house that has a family room, living room, foyer, office, and a good sized kitchen. 👀 The room you would be renting is 9x12, 108 sq ft. The window faces the back yard. Large closet that is semi customizable. Ceiling fan with light and remote control. The hall bathroom would be all yours. Laundry on site. Good size front and backyard to hangout around. Parking in driveway. No cigarettes/cigar smoking on property. If you 420 user all good, but I don’t partake. 😎 You will have half the space in a refrigerator, 1 of 4 pantry sections, the other sections are for recycling, cleaning stuff, and my section(doors in picture of the foyer). Also will have drawer and cabinet space in kitchen, and 2 shelves in hall closet. 😊 The dishwasher works great. The gas cooktop/oven has an air fryer and griddle built in 🤗 Wi-Fi is $95, and water and power fluctuate monthly, which we will split down the middle. 3 month minimum

My name is Ashley, and I am a 35 year old women. I have 2 jobs in health care. Love nature. I have 2 small friendly dogs, Milo and Minx, who I keep in my room when I’m not home and are pretty quiet. However, not accepting other animals. From time to time I like to host game night, or have a dinner party( no more than 10), and you are more than welcome to do the same(small gatherings only, bigger ones may be negotiable). This is not a party house however. I like to turn on some music during the weekends, but generally a relaxed, peaceful house.
I am pretty clean and would like my new roomie to be too.
