About the room
We rent a 3 bedroom house for $1700 a month. It is not rented by room. You will be responsible for 1/3 of that so, $567 plus no more than $20 a month for wifi. Everything else included! Room currently fits a full bed comfortably (9x11ft)
About the roomies
It just me Caitlin (23 female) and roomate Chanel (26 female) living in a lil 3 bedroom house! I have 2 cats, Stella and Nellie as well as other exotic pets and a ton of houseplants! We are chill and like to hang in common areas but respect space as well and can be pretty busy(we are both currently college students)! We are looking for another female 21-28 (no kids) & who is respectful/tidy. Its located in Jenison but its about a 12 minute drive from GVSU and 10 minutes from downtown GR! :) it is also a block away from meijer
