This studio home is available in Crystal City which is a great location in VA. We are close to the mall, airport, metro station, tons of eateries and your every day stores (CVS/7-11). We have 10 residential floors here at National Landing, with an amenity space on each floor. We offer a laundry room (laundry is free for all residents), fitness center, library, 3 community kitchen, & 3 community club rooms. This studio is special because it has two beds and sleeping areas! You have your built in Alcove bed, and your Murphy bed which is in the living room. The home is fully furnished, and the $100/month utility fee covers your own personal Wi-Fi and Smart TV that comes with Goggle Chromecast.
One thing I love most about the building is how quiet and calm the building is. Also, as I mentioned there is an amenity space on each floor. We also have 2 nooks on each floor, one side has table and chairs while the other side has couches and tables. With the building being so big and having so many spaces, you can definitely choose many of places you can use to work or study from home.
