A private home in Berwyn - 3 bedrooms and the bathroom across from the bedroom being rented is your own. Shared kitchen, dining and living space in addition to the basement with full laundry facilities, storage space and private parking at the back of the house that is a gated area. Ideally situated with coffee shops less than 2 minutes away, gas stations, shopping & grocery stores within 5-15 minutes away. The area is fairly quiet and it feels like home! You are invited to share our space and safety with us.

I am quiet and enjoy meeting new people and helping in our community. I am employed full time so basically the only time I am home is during the evenings and some weekends during the course of the year. Sorry no pets.
