I’m looking for housemates and tenants (you would live with me, the owner) two rooms in a sunny and light filled 3B/1BA house 52nd and Genoa St. on the north Oakland/Emeryville/Berkeley border starting September 15th, 1,208 USD/month/room + utilities 15 minutes walk from BART and five minutes walk from AC Transit which goes to UC Berkeley in 25 mins and downtown Oakland in 20 mins (including the walk) every 20 minutes on weekdays and weekends. Move in dates after May 1st, 2024, leases for 12 months with an option to renew annually.

It comes with a free washer/dryer, a new stainless steel kitchen, double paned windows, ample backyard space, outdoor bike parking, and hardwood floors throughout. The furniture is staged but we’ll send you a video tour with the real furniture. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
