Dimensions of the room are 10x12. There is a large window that runs the length of the room and a half closet. An additional half closet is located just outside the room in the hall. Carpeted flooring.

The house is spacious and located in a quiet/safe neighborhood 1 mile from CSULB. There is never an issue with finding street parking, and we have a garage for storage. Laundry is in unit and we also have a backyard with a patio. The kitchen and bathroom are standard. Utilities (water/gas/trash, electric, and internet) are not included in rent price and are split evenly among us. Given that there is only one bathroom we are all mindful of our time using the bathroom/showering and I make sure to consistently keep it clean.

The house is less than 5 minutes away from multiple shopping centers and freeways.

We are all CSULB alumni in our mid 20s to early 30s who have lived in the house the past few years. Our different fields of study and careers involve health care, chemistry, and computer science. We are all easy going, respectful, considerate, and tidy/neat. We all have our own schedules and needed space but we do make efforts to help one another when needed and create a friendly environment.
