Jennifer's room

The house is fully furnished with living room, office, dining room, kitchen, and playroom furnishings. The vacant bedroom room is on the 2nd floor and is currently unfurnished, it’s large enough to fit a small-medium sized queen bedroom set and it shares no common walls. The neighborhood is a desirable area, quiet, has buried utilities (so the sky view is unobstructed), and it is within walking distance of everyday amenities (groceries, restaurants, coffee, gas, pharmacy, library). The yard is fully fenced with a small deck. The heat is forced air. Water, sewer, garbage, electricity, gas, and internet are included. This is available from Dec-April with possibility of extending.

Single professional mom & Registered nurse that will be transitioning back to bedside care and a very happy toddler that has in-home care provided. We are Christian and stream service on Sundays if we can’t get there in person. We love hiking, camping, and dancing but also vegging out after work and the first day off (so we’re active but easy going). I’m not big on cooking but love to try new things. I keep the house tidy but lived in. No cigarette smoking. No illicit/illegal drugs. No overnight guests in the foreseeable future.
