Montclair is a city with a major transportation hub as it has buses and a Metrolink system that gets you to downtown Los Angeles, and San Bernardino without transferring. Easy access to LAX, Pasadena, and Riverside through the Montclair bus/Metrolink stop.
Two polite and very respectful males are living in the property, both are students that also work. Both are extremely clean people. Iām only looking for people that are CLEAN and respectful. No overnight guests, NO SMOKING, no kids. Background check, credit check and a month to month lease is required.
