Your room is light and bright, with a large window to the back patio. You will share the hall bathroom with one roommate, Ben. ROOM IS UNFURNISHED

-Storage available throughout the home -Small backyard with patio furniture - perfect for relaxing! -Beautiful lit-up stone fireplace in the living room -Washer and dryer in the garage -Full kitchen access (I have everything from a toaster to a mini waffle maker to an air fryer) -Easy access to both 101 and 126 Freeways -Minutes from Trader Joe’s, Ralphs, Vons, and Walmart -Chill and quiet neighborhood -Home is alcohol and 420-friendly

Additional Information: The house is kept tidy, with deep cleaning done every month. Please contribute and help keep up with the household chores in the shared areas. The home has central heat to keep us nice and toasty in the winter and large open windows to keep us cool in the summer. Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services are available on the living room TV. Also, you will have storage in the shared bathroom, the hallway closets, the kitchen, the fridges, and the garage. I supply many household and kitchen items; no furniture in shared areas is needed. A non-refundable pet deposit will be required if you have a pet.
