Hey, guys. I’m a super chill, hard-working professional and I’ll have a private room available for rent in my house on 6/15/26. I work a lot and have a busy active life, so I’m gone most of the day. The house is a 3-bedroom located between Huntington Beach and Anaheim. I occupy one room and another awesome person occupies another. The room available is about 11’ x 12’. It has a remote controlled ceiling light and fan as well as a large closet that’s about 2½’x5’. The whole house just got redone with ceramic tile, all new kitchen, and all new bathroom. You’ll have free use of the kitchen, laundry, gym, and yard. You’re pretty much renting to share the whole house, except the garage and machine shop. You’re also getting a full size fridge to use. The price is $1,290/month and for the utilities, I cover 50‰ and you will only pay 25% of the total. A $500 security deposit will be required and I can be understanding if you don’t have it all right away. We can work something out. You’ll get that back when you leave with everything in good standing and no damages. It’s very relaxed here. This is a 3-bedroom house and I rent out the other two rooms. I’ve had one guy over four years and my other guy has been here 2½ years. He’s the one that’s moving away. You can have guests, you can cook, you can drink responsibly, you can work on your car, etc.. Just clean up after yourself. Please, no smokers/vapers and no drugs. I’m very approachable and friendly. I always help my friends and family when they need me. I’m a machine operator, mechanic, and weldor. I’m gone most of the day during the week. The other roommate is very quiet, nice, and has a full time job. He’s usually gone from 9pm until 7am. He works nights.
