Erica's room

Hello- Partially furnished room in a gated community in Rancho Cucamonga, only 1 mile from Victoria Gardens and a few minues from the 15 freeway and the 210 freeway. Shopping and groceries nearby, within a few minutes. There are tons of walking paths and parks nearby as well. This room is on the second floor, shared bathroom and access to kitchen. The room was recently painted and brand new carpet installed 3 weeks ago.

I am a single, late 30s professional working in healthcare, I work a typical M-F job. I am also an online professor for masters and doctorate level students.

My 21 yo daughter and 17 yo son also live with me. We have cats and a dog so please do not apply if you are allergic. Unfortunately, there are too many animals living with us to allow for more.

We are a pretty quiet family but occasionally noisy; we are respectful of other’s sleep/quiet time. No drugs, excessive alcohol, or parties.
