What’s great about the room is that the entire house has been renovated before I moved in.

I have rented to 2 women previously and what they’ve enjoyed is the distance to campus (15mins), distance to the mall (7 mins), distance to swimming pool (18 mins), and local eateries/bars. Also, I am an artist, so painting, dance, and music are things that go on daily. There is a screened in porch and relaxing room too.
