Hi Roomies,

My name is Karah I’m a healthcare care professional as well as an Esthetician. Im Originally from New York and moved to California 4 years ago. I moved here to get away from the cold weather and change of scenery and family. I didn’t anticipate how expensive it would be to live on your own. With that said I am in need for a roommate.

The space involves private room with bathroom located on the top floor, shared spaces are living room, dining room and kitchen area. Laundry is available in house. Room comes with assigned parking. Electric and internet bill will be split 50/50.

I love clean spaces, so the house is always clean. Shoes are not worn in the house. They are taking off and put on at the door. I would expect the roommate to share house chores , whether that be weekly, biweekly or monthly.
