Cost $ 1500 per month and $ 1500 deposit with bills of gas and electricity, water, drainage, and garbage included. The room is furnished. Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are not allowed. There is parking for a single car. I am looking for a responsible, respectful, and orderly person. Cleanliness is very important. No pets allowed. Background check will be required. The room will be available December 1st.
