East Thomas Road

Hi! My place is a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath townhome 15 minutes from ASU Tempe and about 10 minutes from old town. The two rooms for rent are about 10x12 and can comfortably fit a full or queen size bed, a dresser, and whatever else you may need. (My room also has a bookshelf/ full length mirror/ nightstand/ and jewelry armoire.) The closets in the rooms are basic, but spacious and there is an additional large closet and a linen closet upstairs able to be used for coats/ extra storage as well. I shared the bathroom with my roommate with no problems, there is plenty of space for storage and the shower and tub are beautiful and recently updated. My room is able to come furnished if you’d like, message me for details! The rest of the house is also going to come furnished with basics! (couch/ tv/ dining table/ bar chairs/ all dishware+ silverware/ washer+ dryer/ vaccum+steam mop/ bar cart/ pool floats/ games+ craft supplies). We’ve probably got everything you could possibly need, you could just bring stuff for your space:) My favorite features of the house would have to be the massive 75 inch tv (Amazon prime/ Hulu included) and huge comfy couch we have, or maybe the absolutely stunning modern kitchen/ dining room. There is also a community pool directly outside the front door which I love, a patio in the back we are working on furnishing, and a parking spot available. The other parking is just right around the corner from our place and you can walk to it in less than a minute. The neighborhood and neighboring streets are also super safe. I go on walks/ runs often and there are always people walking their dogs or out for a bike ride if you like to do that. There is even a trail and an archery range if you cross the street at the end of the road! All of the pictures are either from the Zillow listing or updated furnished photos!

My sister and I are planning to go on a trip for a while and are hoping to rent the rooms out to girls. Our third roommate staying in the house is also female and starting nursing school soon! She has a sweet little kitten named Juniper that we just got a few days ago. She loves vinyls, thrifting, trying new food, getting new tattoos, and a casual girls wine night. Our ideal roommate would be easygoing, kind, clean (at least in community areas), loves wine, and will love miss Juniper:) Please message me with any questions or for any additional info!
