Eddie's room

2000sq ft townhouse with a private bedroom and attached bathroom. There is a second spare bedroom that I am not using that can be used for whatever you need it to be used for.

It is just me and my two cats but the complex only allows two animals. No smoking indoors, but we have a balcony as this space is on the second and third floor of the townhouse. I am 420 friendly, just no burning inside. We have neighbors on the first, but they are quiet and keep to themselves. The rooms mentioned are on the second floor, while my room and the loft are on the third. I work a hybrid schedule and keep to myself mostly when I am home, just chilling in my room.
