Hello, I have one furnished bedroom, one shared bathroom available for rent in a three bedroom two bathroom home only five houses from Maili Beach Park. One parking spot available in driveway plus street parking. All utilities included, electricity, water, internet.

full-size bedroom- $900

Some other extras: TV’s mounted in the bedrooms come with streaming services included such as Amazon Prime, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Disney+, etc. Keyless entry, Ring security system and Amazon echos provided for every room.

For the full-size room, move in date is May 1st with first month’s rent and security deposit due at signing. If you would like to provide your own furniture that’s doable but need to know ahead of time so that I clear out the room. The queen-size room is currently occupied and won’t become available for some time.

Lease terms is 1 year for the asking price but can accommodate 3 month leases for a 20% increase on the asking price.

I am a male in my mid thirties, healthcare working professional from L.A. I have my undergrad from CSULB and my MBA from CSUSB. When I’m not working or in school I spend my free time working out, with my dog at the beach, or playing video games.
