PRIVATE ROOM AND FULL BATH FOR RENT. Read description fully before inquiring. 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, VERY CLEAN. Renter will have access to Kitchen, Laundry Room, Living Room, Deck (no use of grill or fire pit), Wi-Fi. The room is furnished with a very nice, queen waterbed, armoire for clothes, electric fireplace, small tv, some closet space, linens (if needed). The room has an adjoining private bathroom with long countertop and sink/faucet, and bathtub and shower. This room is available for ONE adult person. No children. No pets. No smoking. No drugs. The house is kept VERY CLEAN, and must remain clean at all times. Renter may use kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. Anything broken must be replaced. Renter must have a job and provide proof of employment and 3 references. Deposit required. Serious inquiries only. If you do not fit the above criteria, do not inquire.

My husband and I are looking to rent the room to 1 person. No children or couples please. I work full time Tuesday thru Friday. My husband is retired and gone mostly during the day while I’m at work. We are nice people and very friendly. Not looking for anyone other than just a roommate. We want someone trustworthy and willing to do their part to keep the premises clean.
