the apartment complex is a very nice living area there’s a pool, gym, library, and a theater that can be rented for 4 hours. The apartment itself has a very large living room with a patio with a full functioning kitchen. It’s very open and light all the time. The bathroom is shared unfortunately but it’s very clean 24/7. The master has a walk in closet with lots of space. The other bedroom is also very spacious with a decent sized closet.

It’s one male, Miguel, and one female, Lexi. We’ve been looking for a new roommate to help us a little with rent for more spending money. We’re both very clean people and appreciate if it was reciprocated. We’re willing to share anything as long as it’s asked for and not taken. We expect a somewhat stable job. We don’t really care what you do to get money just help pay rent at the end of the month. We prefer having a roommate at least 21 no older than 30.
