Large, sunny front facing bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom apartment in Astoria. You would be sharing the bathroom with one female (me). The other roommate is a male and he has his own bathroom in his room. This is a 3rd floor apartment with a balcony, available for a female only please. There is a female cat living in the house as well. She’s 2 1/2 years old and super sweet! We have a real calm living arrangement and respect each others spaces. I obviously want that to continue.

I’m a 40 year old service advisor. I have a full time work schedule and usually go away for the weekends, so I’m hardly ever home. Kevin is around my same age and he has his own bathroom in his bedroom, so we will be the only ones sharing the other bathroom. Kevin also works crazy long hours so you would really only be in the house often with my cat Gypsy. She’s a 2 1/2 year old domestic short hair and all she wants to do is play and get petted lol She’s really a joy and a pleasure, so I need to know that the person moving in will be good to her and I won’t have to worry about her safety while I’m at work. I’m a crazy plant lover and I have a little home garden that I tend to. I have a pet peeve about leaving dirty dishes in the sink, or food bits all over the sink. It’s just nasty and can be avoided with little effort. I prefer to take turns cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. Kevin really only uses the microwave so I don’t ask him to clean since he doesn’t ever cook. I’ve took on the role of cleaning the living room because I provided all of the furniture and it’s just been that way since day 1, so I am totally fine continuing that. The living room is a shared space and I have a few apps on the TV so you can stream shows and enjoy sitting in our pretty apartment with our amazing cat.
