Hello, my name is Jake. I am looking a roommate who is considerate, cleanly, and overall friendly. It helps too, compatibility wise, if you enjoy the outdoors and/or board games! No smoking, drug use, or pets allowed at this residence per the landlord.

A little about me is I am currently employed at Atrium Health as a receptionist. I like to spend evenings out taking dancing classes, throwing frisbees, or playing with Dungeons and Dragons. I also enjoy animated films and alternative rock and roll. One of my long term ambition is to volunteer to help combat emissions and pollution that are perpetuating climate change.

The property itself is approximately 1,200 square feet. It comes with a stove, oven, washer, dryer, fridge, and microwave. It has a large backyard and plenty of storage space inside the house. The neighbors are outgoing and look out for one another. I usually have 3-4 friends over every other weekend. I don’t throw large gatherings and there is no smoking, drug use, or pets allowed at this residence. The neighborhood is safe and I feel comfortable running as well as walking at night. Specifics around cleanliness and noise levels can be talked upon further inquiry. Let me know are interested and I schedule a tour after meeting in a local coffee shop or otherwise public area.
