A bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. A shared washer & dryer in the garage. Your very own kitchen that includes a generous medium size refrigerator, microwave, counter-top convection oven, insta-pot, electric kettle and hot plates. You have all essential items to get you started in the kitchen. Reach out if you want me to pick up any groceries ahead of your arrival.

Shared entry into the house, close to your stairs to the studio. Front porch and frontyard yard are yours to enjoy. Our dog Freya may greet you.

Our home is an easy gateway to Lyons, Estes Park & Rocky Mountain National Park, as well as, on the bike path across town. High speed internet and great for working professionals. This is a LGBTQIA+Queer & Trans Safe & Welcoming Space. We have access to a packnplay, a trifold floor mattress and childcare. Sorry no pets.

Residential neighborhood on main east west thru street. Schools, lakes (SUP/bike rental available), golf course and mountain views. Easy access to Boulder, Hygiene, Lyons, and Estes Park. Quick drive (less than an hour) north to Fort Collins or south to Denver and the airport. 5-10 minutes from multiple parks. green spaces and Longmont’s Fitness Centers with indoor pools, hot tubs and saunas. Street parking available and cruiser bike upon request.

Available Jan 5, 2024. Private 500 sq. ft studio in home. Month to month, 3 month max preferred, but open to longer with the right person. Please DM to set up a meet n greet and see if we are a good fit. You will be asked to provide your email first and complete a renter screening background check for $40. I will deduct half from first months rent. I have access to accept credit card payment for deposit and rent too.

We moved to Longmont in 2021 to be close to the community in which we met. Now we are creating a home together! We have begun with a dog and renters in the upstairs bedrooms and have been updating our “fixer upper” with a view of the mountains.

We hope to have short term, reliable, private, kind and community oriented tenants in our garden-level light filled basement studio space.

Jett is from the south, mostly raised in Atlanta and moved out west over 20 years ago. They walk dogs, dj and always have a project going on in the house. This is their 2nd time living in Boulder County. Angus is born and raised in the Bay Area California and serving their community social services throughout the county.
