About the room
Me and my two roomates have a chance to sign a lease on an amazing 4 room 3 bathroom duplex in East Harlem. We need one more roomate to solidify the lease with the landlord.
You would have your own private room and access to the basement/living room.
Everything in the apartment is brand new and no one has ever lived here.
About the roomies
I am a hip-hop artist and full time bartender/server. I am not home often due to touring gigs, performing, working at night, and playing basketball on my own time.
