I am looking for a female roommate to take 1 room in a 2-bed, 2-bath bedroom in North San Jose.

• The rent will be $1700.00. This is not a master bedroom. The room easily fits a queen-sized bed, one office table-chair, lamp as shown in the pictures.
• This is a sub-lease option that is valid till Aug. 2023 and available for move-in asap. The apartment building is a secure building with a great gym (yoga room, bicycle room, weight training section).
• The outdoor swimming pool, BBQ area, secured locker-based boxes for packages, and the apartment unit has a patio, and an in-unit washer-dryer.
• There is a parking spot for an additional $75.00, but I use street parking which has never caused any issues.
• Walmart Milpitas is 5 min. drive, Indian store is 7 min drive and there is a nice park at a walking distance of 5 minutes. Light rail is 1 minute walk from this building and Bart station is 5 minutes drive. San Jose International Airport is a 10-minute drive and the same for the nearest Caltrain station.
• Also, other utilities are wifi (25$ on you per month), electricity ($40-70 depending on usage), fixed building amenities charges (approximately $70)

You will be sharing this with me: I am a working professional, female (non-smoker) who mostly works from home and I am looking for a similar person who keeps the place clean and peaceful (no diet preferences). Also, I have no pets and the living room is already furnished.
